Common questions

Do I need to commit to Automate if I do Discover first?

No. Discover is standalone. You get the roadmap and 2 demo workflows — what you do next is entirely your decision. We offer a €500 discount if you book Automate within 60 days, but there's no obligation.

What if my workflows need changes after the 30-day support window?

Transform clients get ongoing maintenance included. One-off changes for Automate clients are quoted separately — typically a small fixed fee depending on scope.

Can I switch from Automate to Transform mid-build?

Yes. If partway through an Automate engagement you decide you'd rather have an ongoing partner, we credit the Automate fee against the Transform minimum. Just ask.

What tools do you build workflows in?

n8n (open-source, self-hosted or cloud) and Make.com. We recommend based on your stack and budget — not as a upsell. If you already have a preference, we work with it.

What if an automation breaks my existing process?

We test every workflow in staging before going live, and we build rollback procedures. During the 30-day post-launch support window, we fix anything that breaks — fast.

What's the minimum commitment for Transform?

6 months. Automation work compounds over time — the first few months are onboarding and building the foundation. After 6 months, you can continue month-to-month or wind down with 30 days' notice.

Do you work with businesses outside the Netherlands?

Yes. We've worked with businesses across Europe, the UK, and the US. Everything is remote-first. Language: English or Dutch.

What's the EU AI Act got to do with my business?

If you use AI to make decisions about customers — routing support tickets, scoring leads, automating communications — you may fall under EU AI Act disclosure requirements. We build all automations with documentation so you can demonstrate compliance if asked.

How long does a typical automation take to build?

Simple rule-based automations (email routing, data sync): 3–7 days. Mid-complexity workflows (order processing, CRM integration): 2–4 weeks. Complex multi-agent systems: 4–8 weeks. We always give you a timeline upfront — no surprises.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Almost certainly. We work with Bol.com, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, WooCommerce, TradeTracker, Mautic, HubSpot, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Outlook, and dozens more. If you have a specific tool, ask — if we haven't touched it, we'll tell you honestly.
