Which workflows should we automate first? +

Start with whatever costs you the most time and happens repeatedly. Order processing, customer follow-ups, data transfers between platforms. These are the obvious candidates. During our discovery call, we'll map out where you're spending the most hours and identify which automations will pay back fastest. We automate what actually moves the needle.

How long does a typical automation project take from kickoff to go-live? +

Most projects go live within 2–4 weeks of kickoff, depending on complexity. A straightforward n8n workflow might be live in a week. A multi-system integration with custom logic takes longer. We scope it properly before we start. You'll know the timeline before we write a line of code.

Who owns the automation once the project is done? +

You do. Full stop. We hand over the systems, the documentation, and (if you want) the source files. You can host them yourself, export them to another platform, or let us manage them ongoing. We're not in the business of locking you in. If you want to walk, you can walk.

What happens if the automation doesn't deliver the promised savings? +

Then we fix it until it does. We don't consider a project done until the outcomes are actually there. If the automation isn't performing as scoped, we iterate. That's included in the engagement. We don't build something, invoice, and disappear.

How do you handle data privacy and GDPR compliance? +

Every workflow we build is designed with GDPR in mind from day one. We document what data flows where, ensure proper consent foundations, and build audit trails. For EU-based businesses, this isn't optional. It's the baseline. We won't build something that exposes you to a fine.

Do you offer a pilot before a full engagement? +

Yes. We can scope a contained pilot on a single workflow. Typically 1–2 weeks of build time. So you can see the quality of our work and whether the process feels right before committing to a bigger engagement. If it doesn't work out, you've lost minimal time and money.

What makes you different from other AI consultants? +

Most consultants sell you a roadmap and hand it off to a developer. We build, we test, we stay. Ali is the person you message. Not a project manager, not a junior. You get direct access to the person doing the work. We also hand over ownership, which many consultants avoid because it means they can't charge you forever.

How do you get employees to actually use the automation? +

The automation has to be designed for how people actually work. Not the other way around. We involve your team in the build process and keep the interfaces simple. If your staff needs to change their behavior significantly to make it work, we've designed it wrong. We measure adoption, not just delivery.
