Advisory Retainer from €299/month. Execution engagements from €1,999/month on a 6-month commitment. Pay As You Go is custom priced. All pricing is fixed and published. No quotes, no surprises.

What does the Execution build process look like?

We start with a brief call to understand your workflows. Then we build 3–5 custom automations using n8n or Make.com, test them in your environment, and hand them over. Done in 3–4 weeks. 6-month commitment. You own everything we build.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Advisory Retainer is month-to-month — cancel any time. Execution is a 6-month commitment, after which you own all workflows. Pay As You Go is billed by project or time-and-materials with no minimum commitment.

Do you work with businesses outside the Netherlands?

Yes. While we're based in Amsterdam, we work with SMBs across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the UK. All engagements are run in English.

What workflows do you typically build?

Most builds cover: order import and allocation, inventory sync across channels, supplier communication automation, customer reconciliation, and financial reporting pipelines. Scope is defined during Discovery.
